It is the residence of the Indian billionaire Mukesh Ambani & his family, who moved into it in 2012; at 27 stories, 173 meters (568 ft) tall, over 37,000 square meters (400,000 sq ft), and with amenities such as three helipads, air traffic control, a 168-car garage, a ballroom, 9 high-speed elevators, a 50-seat theatre, terrace gardens, swimming pool, spa, health center, a temple, and a snow room that spits out snowflakes from the walls, the skyscraper-mansion is one of the world’s largest and most elaborate private homes. The architectural design of Antilia has been fashioned along the lines of the lotus and therefore the sun. The top six floors of the building have been set aside as a private full-floor residential area. It is also designed to withstand a magnitude 8 earthquake.
As of May 2020, it is valued at $2.2 billion, deemed to be the world’s second most valuable residential property, after British crown property Buckingham Palace, and the world’s most valuable private residence. Its controversial design and ostentatious use by one family has made it infamous in India and beyond, including severe criticism within the architectural press.
2. Radhakishan Damani (Madhukunj) :
Madhu Kunj the ground-plus-one storey bungalow is made within the artistic movement style and will be a minimum of 80 years old. it’s lovely heritage features,” said an area resident. Damani paid a stamp tax of Rs 30 crore for the property, consistent with land market sources. it’s not known if the bungalow is getting to be redeveloped by the new owner. The bungalow is situated at the corner of Narayan Dhabolkar Road, one of the foremost exclusive and expensive residential enclaves in South Mumbai, where apartments command a price of Rs 70,000 to Rs 80,000 and above per square foot relying on the building. Located in Mumbai’s Colaba maybe a luxurious property that’s worth around Rs 150 crores and is situated in South Mumbai’s most highly-priced area. it’s the house of Indian industrialist and former chairperson of Tata Group, Ratan Tata.
